1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar packed
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. corn flakes
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add the egg and 1/2 a tsp. of vanilla. Stir in the 1 c. of flour, 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp of salt. Add the crushed corn flakes, the cup of rolled oats and 1/2 tsp. salt. then stir in the coconut. Shape 1/2 of the dough into balls. Place on cookie sheet and flatten with a bottom of a glass dipped in flour. Take the other half of the dough and roll into balls. Do not flatten these ones. Bake all cookies at 350 until lightly browned.
Chocolate Filling: Melt 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1/2 c. powdered sugar ans 1/2 tsp. of water. Blend in 1 pkg. 3 oz. cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Cool.
Spread filling over longer cookies. Then put the smaller cookie on top of the filling.
