2 1/2 lb. beef tenderloin tips cut julienne style
2 tsp. salt
3 c. beef stock
1 lb. medium noodles (cooked)
pinch of flour
1 large onion, minced
1 green pepper, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and celery salt (combined)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown tips, onion and green peppers in oil. Add other ingredients - except noodles, and bring to a boil. Thicken with flour and water to desired consistency. Use a 4 in. deep roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 325º for 90 min. Serve over cooked noodles.
