1 medium onion, chopped
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 lb lean hamburger
1 can tomato soup, diluted with a little milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 head cabbage, coarsely shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

In a pan, melt the butter and saute onions.
Add beef, salt, & pepper and brown the meat. Drain.

Spray a 2 or 5 quart casserole with non-stick cooking spray.

Spread a layer of cabbage on the bottom.

Cover the cabbage with the meat mixture.

Top with the remaining cabbage.

Pour tomato soup over the top.

Cover and bake for 1 hour.
