1 lb. of ground beef
1/2 cup of GF bread crumbs
1/3 cup of onion, finely minced
1/4 cup red wine
1 egg
1 T. of fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black Pepper
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. Grapeseed Oil

Sauce
1 (12 oz) bottle of chili sauce
1 (12 oz) bottle of barbecue sauce
2 large jars of grape jelly
24 oz of red wine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, wine, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Shape into 1-inch balls.

Add the grapeseed oil to a large skillet and brown the meatballs. Remove the meatballs and drain them on a paper towel.
Set the crockpot on high, add the chili sauce, barbecue sauce, wine and the grape jelly stirring until all of the jelly has melted. Depending on your crockpot adjust the temperature so the sauce does not boil and cover. Cook for about 2 hours, removing the cover the last 1/2 hour to thicken sauce.
