2 c diced raw potato
1 10-ounce pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 c chopped onion
1 T snipped parsley
2 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz.beef frankfurters, thinly sliced
1/4 c all purpose flour
1/8 tsp white pepper
3 cups milk
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, combine potato, vegetables, onion, parlsey, bouillon cubes and salt. Add 1 cup water and bring to boil. Cover and boil gently for 15- 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add beef frankfurter slices.
Blend four, white pepper, and milk. Stir into vegetables: bring to boiling. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Add butter. Top servings with paprika and more butter.
