Ingredients:
Ingredients:
5-6 apples, cored, peeled and sliced. (I use a mix of Fuji, Gala, and sometimes a Granny Smith)
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter (margarine for pareve)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the apples in a pan of your choice. I use a glass pie dish. Microwave for 5-7 minutes or until the apples are soft.
Mix together the brown sugar, flour, and butter(or margarine) until a sandy mixture is formed. Spread this over the apples and bake at 325º until the top is golden brown.

This is delicious hot, cold, with ice cream or without.
