3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 pack of Sazon Goya con Azafran
1 medium chopped yellow onion
1 c. chopped celery plus leaves
3 Tbsp. chopped garlic

1/2 c. dry white wine
1 small can tomato paste
1 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp.Tony's Creole Seasoning
1/4 tsp. thyme

Your favorite rice
2 c. cubed white fish (I use cod)
1 dozen shrimp shells on
1 dozen bay scallops
2 c. shredded broccoli slaw with carrots

1. Saute together first 5 ingredients
2. Add next 7 ingredients and blend until savory, 20 minutes on a gas stove/30 on electric
3. Let cool

Ready for dinner:
4. Prepare your favorite rice
5. Add to the cooled sauce, the fish, shrimp, scallops and slaw
6. Cook for 10 minutes on high, stir constantly
7. Plate rice with fish stew on top
8. Serve with fresh bread
