3/4 cup Kahlua
1 1/2 cup milk
2 cups heavy cream
1/8 cup confectioners sugar
48-50 chocolate chip cookies
1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate, shaved

Directions:
In food processor, whip together the sugar and the heavy cream. In a small bowl combine the Kahlua and milk. Dip, do not soak, the cookies into the Kahlua and milk mixture and cover the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with a layer of the dipped cookies. Cover cookies with a layer of whipped cream. Add another layer of dipped cookies, then whipped cream. Continue until all the cookies are used ending with a layer of whipped cream. Feel free to drink the leftover Kahlua and milk. Refrigerate overnight. Right before serving, place on cake plate and decorate with chocolate shavings and either strawberries or mandarin orange slices and serve.

Super easy and looks very elegant. I served this for Jason's Bar Mitzvah and it looked beautiful on the table. It tastes great and is always a big hit. You simply cannot mess it up.
