2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion diced
1 clove garlic minced
1 box (16 oz.) shell macaroni (medium size)
1 16 oz. container sour cream
1 lb. provolone, sliced
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) shredded mozzarella
2 jars store bought spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onions and garlic. Add spaghetti sauce. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain. In a 9 x 13 casserole dish, layer 1/2 the macaroni, top with 1/2 the sour cream and 1/2 the meat sauce. Top with 1/2 the provolone. Repeat layers and top with mozzarella. Cover loosely with foil. Preheat oven to 350º and bake 30-35 minutes.
