2 c. shredded cooked rotisserie chicken.
2 c. sour cream
8 oz. canned green chilies
chopped white or yellow onion to taste
4 c. shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
12 flour tortillas
10 oz. enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients and half of cheese.
Dip tortilla in enchilada sauce, fill tortilla with scoop of chicken mixture, roll up and place in 9 x 13 in. baking dish. Repeat until all tortillas and chicken are used up.
Pour extra enchilada sauce over rolled tortillas.
Spread remaining cheese over rolled tortillas.

Bake uncovered at 350º for 20 minutes.
