1 stick butter
1/2 c. flour
4 - 10 oz. cans of beef consomme
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. diced onions
1 1/2 c. fresh diced carrots
1 8 oz. can chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. kitchen bouquet
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. accent
1 - 10 oz. bag of assorted frozen vegetables
1 1/2 lb. ground round

Directions:
Brown ground round in pan, drain any grease. Set aside for now. In large pot, melt butter - do not brown, add flour and stir to paste; cook over medium heat 3 minutes until thickens. Add consomme and tomatoes, stir until smooth. Add fresh vegetables and seasonings to boil, reduce heat. Add frozen vegetables and browned meat to pot. Simmer 2 - 4 hours with lid on pot, stirring occasionally.
