Mix the following:
1 cup butter or margarine
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
2.5 cups flour
3 cups oatmeal
Melt:
1 cup chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla



Directions:
Directions:
Grease & flour 9” x 13” pan. Spread half of oatmeal mixture in pan. Pour melted chocolate over top. Spread rest of oatmeal mixture on top of chocolate. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool well before cutting.
