4 large eggs
1 cup white sugar
2 cups skim milk
5 cups cubed raisin bread
1 cup chocolate covered raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, and milk. Toss in bread till all is coated. Stir in raisins. Pour into 8" baking dish that has been prepared with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 55 minutes.
Top with chocolate syrup, whipped cream or ice cream. Best when served warm.
