Ingredients:
1 lb steak sliced thin
1 T ground coriander
2 - 3 basil leaves
1 T brown sugar
1/2 tsp tamarind paste
3 cloves garlic
3 med onion
500 g of fresh grated coconut or 100 g of desiccated
2 bay leaves

Directions:
Combine coriander, basil, brown sugar tamarind paste, garlic and onions in food proceessor and grind to paste. Heat oil add paste and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Turn up heat and add beef cook until meat cooked.
Brown coconut and bay leaves Place meat mixture on serving tray and top with coconut (remove bay leaves). Serve with Rice
