1 10 ounce package chopped broccoli, cooked
1 cup mayonnaise
6 eggs,beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sharp cheese, grated
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Add half of the cheese. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Place casserole in a pan of water and bake at 325 until set, about 1 hour.

This recipe came from Tim's mother, Margaret. It was a must have at all Lesesne Eat-a-thons and also at Huiet gatherings. I usually use two packages of broccoli and have discovered it is not really necessary to cook it before adding. It takes a little longer to bake that way.
