I Lb Ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can kernel corn

1 can pinto beans

1 can black beans

1 can Rotel

1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix

1 Package Taco Seasoning Mix

Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and Tostito scoops...

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion in large skillet. Drain any excess fat.

Add canned goods (DO NOT drain liquid...add to skillet,as well)

Add both packets of seasonings...

Bring to a boil and turn down to simmer...

Simmer for 30 minutes and it is ready to serve.

My family loves this! You can use any of the Rotel's that you want...normally I use the ORIGINAL, but sometimes I use the hotter variety for more spice...
