1-16.3 oz. refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1-10.2 oz. " " "
1-16 oz jar of salsa
3 c shredded Jack cheese
1 bell pepper (your choice) chopped
3 scallions, sliced
1-2 ½ oz can sliced black olives, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.....Spray 9x13 baking dish with spray.

Separate biscuit dough into 13 total biscuits and cut each biscuit into 6 pieces.
Place in large bowl and pour jar of salsa over and toss biscuits until well coated.
Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, bell peppers, scallions and olives.
Bake 35 to 45 mins., or until edges are golden and center is set

Remove from oven and let stand 15 mins. before cutting into squares.
