½ inch Ginger,

Directions:
Directions:
Add one tbps of oil to the beef strips
Add one beaten egg on it and then 2 tbsps of cornflour, salt and pepper. Deep fry till dark brown. Remove and keep aside – this can be made a day earlier.

Cut Ginger, garlic, 2 green chillies mince – sauté in oil Add one magi cube, add 1 tsp full chilli powder, 1 tbsp of dark (black) soya sauce, 4 tbsps of sugar – let the sugar start melting and frothing and turn brown, add 2 tbsps of vinegar as well. Now you get a nice thick sauce – put the beef into it and mix it nicely till the beef is nice and moist (if not add a little water). Add few red and green peppers cut in strips as well and remove from fire.

On plate arrange round thin orange slices and thin cucumber slices on one side and serve the beef on it.
