Milk 1 cup
2 eggs
1/2 kg Maida
1/2 tsp salt
60gms butter
100gms powdered sugar
Oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the butter into the flour till reduced to crumbs. Lightly beat the eggs and mix into the flour mixture with salt. Add the powdered sugar and sufficient milk to form a stiff dough. Cover with a slightly damp cloth and keep for an hour or so. Make small balls. Press on fork or a new comb to flattn. Roll and fold. Fry in oil till lightly brown and done.
