1/2 kg flour
pinch of salt
2 tbsp butter or ghee

Filling
1/4 kg dry cocunut grated fine
1/4 kg Rava
1/2 kg Sugar
100 gms cuscus
50gms raisins
60gms cashewnuts
5 cardamoms powdered fine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and ghee, add just sufficient water to knead into a soft dough. Keep aside.
Dry roast the cuscus, coconut, rava separetly. Fry the raisin and cashews in ghee.
Mix cuscus, coconut, rawa, raisins, cashews. Add sugar. Cool the mixture. Divide the dough into balls. Roll out a thin chappatis. Put the a spoonful of mixture in the center and join both sides and seal by wetting the edges with water. Deep fry in hot oil.
