Ingredients:
1 c filtered water
3 c 80 proof vodka
3 c white sugar
3 cups very ripe blackberries

Directions:
Directions:
Shake together the water, vodka and sugar until the sugar is well dissolved. Gently mix together with the berries in a large screw top jar, being careful not to crush the berries. Store in a dark, cool dry place for about 12 days- the berries will have lost most of their color. Pour through a fine strainer into a clean jar or small bottles and allow to sit at least a month before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
