8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
6 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup red pepper jelly
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled

Mix mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions in a bowl. once combined, spoon mixture into a greased quiche pan.
Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and bake at 350º for
15-20 minutes. Top with spoonfuls of pepper jelly and bacon. Serve warm with crackers.

Lynne's quick and easy appetizer:
Place block of cream cheese on platter. Heap several tablespoons of pepper jelly over the top. Place crackers of your choice around cheese block. Continue to replenish jelly on top of cheese when needed.
