8 quarts popped corn
3/4 c butter
2 c brown sugar
1/2 cup sorghum
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place popcorn in a large butter coated bowl.

In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Add sugar, sorghum and salt. Boil gently for five minutes. Add vanilla and then soda. Mixture will foam when the soda is added, so stir briskly. Pour over popcorn; stir to coat.

Spread mixture on a non-stick or parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 250º for one hour. When cool, break into pieces.

According to yahoo.answers, molasses can be directly substituted for sorghum in any recipe, although it will have a sweeter taste. Sorghum is actually a grain- interesting!
