Fish - 3 kgs
Oil - 1 kg
Garlic - 1/2 kg paste
Ginger - 1/2 kg paste
Chilly powder - 10 tbsp
Turmeric - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek powder - 3 tbsp
Asafoetida powder - 1 tbsp
Vinegar & water - 1/2 cup each
Sugar & salt - as required
Rai - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - as required

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate fish with pepper, turmeric & salt and leave it for one hour.
Heat the pan add oil and fry the fish and keep it aside.
Heat oil in the pan add rai, garlic, ginger stir fry till brown, then add all masala stir for 5 minutes.
Then add fried fish and let it cool.
Last add vinegar.
