10 oz. Raw Spinach (Washed & Dried)
1-11 oz. Can of Mandarin Oranges
1/2 Red onion thinly sliced rings
1/3 C. Sliced Almonds
1/2 lb. Prepared Bacon (Crispy and crumbled)

Dressing:
1/2 C + 2 t. Sugar
3/4 t. Dry mustard
1/3 t. Salt
1/4 C + 1 t. Vinegar
1/3 C. Onion (Chopped)
2/3 C. Safflower oil
2 t. Poppy seeds
2 C. Croutons

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Spinach, mandarin oranges, sliced onion rings, sliced almonds and crumbled bacon and set aside.

Next, combine sugar, dry mustard, salt, vinegar, chopped onion, oil in a blender or food processor and puree. Once blended, add the poppy seeds. Pour the dressing over the salad and sprinkle croutons on top before serving.
