1- 6 oz box strawberry jello
1- 6oz box lime jello
10 oz container frozen strawberries with juice, defrosted. Do not drain juice.
1- 15oz can crushed pineapple, drain & reserve juice.

Ingredients for the White Filling:
1/2 pint coffee cream
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cold water

To make the white filling:
Heat the coffee cream & sugar until hot.
Mix the gelatin with cold water to dissolve, then add to the coffee cream mixture.
Add the sour cream and mix until smooth.

First layer:
Mix strawberry jello with 2 cups boiling water, stir to dissolve, then add 1/2 cup cold water. Stir again.
Add the thawed strawberries with the juice, stir.
Pour into 9x13 pan. Let set until firm.

Second layer:
Put the coffee cream mixture on top of the red jello layer, refrigerate again until firm.

Third layer:
Mix the lime jello with 2 cups of boiling water and 1 cup of cold water & 1 cup of reserved pineapple juice. Stir to dissolve.
Mix in the crushed pineappple and pour on top the white coffee cream layer.
Let set until firm in the refrigerator.
Cut into pieces before serving.
