For the kluski's:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
Beat eggs then add the 3 remaining ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth.
Drop by spoonful into a pot of boiling salted water.
Every other time, dip the spoon in water to wet it first before spooning up another bit of batter.
Boil these about 5 minutes, until they float to the top.
Drain in a colander, until ready to eat.

For the Sauerkraut:
1 large can sauerkraut
1 small onion, diced & sauteed in butter.
salt & pepper

Rinse the sauerkraut in cold water, drain then place in a pot. Add enough water to cover the sauerkraut and bring this to a boil, cook for 30 minutes. Drain.
Add the onion to the sauerkraut along with salt & pepper. Simmer about 10 minutes.
Mix this with the kluskis and enjoy!
