boneless chicken cutlets
sliced lemons
2 pkgs. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 lemons, one of them sliced
2 cans chicken broth
1 stick butter
salt and pepper
olive oil
3 Tbs flour
Directions:
Directions:
rub chicken in olive oil
salt and pepper chicken and place in pan
put slice of lemon on each piece of chicken
bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes

while chicken is cooking
saute 2 pkgs mushrooms in 1/2 stick of butter.
When mushrooms are golden brown, add 3 Tbsp flour and two cans chicken broth then stir util thickened. Add juice of 1/3 of lemon and then put sauce over meat and serve
