2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
4 squares chocolate grated (3 teaspoons of cocoa = 1 square of chocolate)
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup strong coffee
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cups nuts or 8 marshmallows cut into fine pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together brown sugar, sugar, chocolate, salt, coffee, and cream. Cook to soft ball stage.Add butter and vanilla. Set in pan of cold water to cool until luke warm. Beat until light and cream. Add 1/2 cup nuts or 8 marshmallows cut into fine pieces. Pour in pans and cut into pieces when cool.
