Ingredients:

2 large cans chicken broth
Chicken base and seasoning if needed
Salt & pepper to taste
1 large onion, chopped
3-4 cups Bisquick
3-4 cups of Minute rice

Directions:
Put chicken in large pot and add the chicken broth, chopped onion and water if more liquid is needed to cover the chicken. Cook until done. While chicken is cooking, mix Bisquick with enough water till dough consistency. Put it on a bread board covered with some Bisquick and roll into thin 1x3" strips. Dust strips with Bisquick so they don't stick together and set aside or in the fridge. When chicken is done, remove from pot and cool. Bring broth to a slow boil and add the pastries, one at a time, into the broth. Stirring till all are put in the pot. Lower heat and cook approx. 20 minutes. Stir occasionally so they don't stick. Debone chicken, shred the meat and put it in the chicken pot. Cook the rice. Each person fill their plate. Put the rice first, and cover with the chicken and pastry mixture. Enjoy!
