2 cups brown sugar
2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup white syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
7-1/2 quarts dry popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Pop popcorn and put in oven safe pan. Cook sugar, butter, syrup, and salt for five minutes on simmer. After it comes to a boil remove from heat and add soda and mix well. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees stirring every 15 minutes.
