1 can Diced Green Chilies
1 Garlic Clove
pepper to taste
pinch of cumin
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Sugar
1/2 c. Canola Oil
1/4 c. Fresh Lime Juice (or bottled)
1/2 c. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
