2- 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
25-36 vanilla wafers
paper cupcake liners
1 can cherry pie filling (or substitute your favorite)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cream cheese with the sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat until smooth.
Line muffin tins with paper liners.
Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of paper liner.
Fill each cup 1/2-1/3 full of cheesecake filling.
Bake 15 minutes at 350'

When cooled: top with fruit pie filling. Keep refrigerated.
