1-1/2 lbs boneless sirloin steak, cubed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp granulated sugar
8-10 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp sesame oil
2/3 tsp red pepper flakes
2 ears corn, husked
2 small zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk soy sauce, oil, vinegar, sesame seeds, sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Reserve half.
Place the other half of the sauce mixture and the cubed meat in a zip-lock bag, shake to coat well. Refrigerate at least 4 to 6 hours.
Cut corn and zucchini into 1 inch pieces.
Cook corn in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes, drain.
Thread meat, corn and zucchini onto skewers alternating meat between the vegetables.
Grill kebabs covered turning occasionally, 12 minutes or until vegetables are cooked and meat is cooked to medium rare.
Serve with reserved sauce for dipping.
