• 1 c sugar
• 2/3 c butter
• 1 ½ c quick oats
• 1 c pecan flour (very finely chopped)
• 1 c flour
• ¼ c light or dark corn syrup
• ¼ c milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 ¾ c milk/dark chocolate chips

Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Melt butter on saucepan and stir in all ingredients but chocolate. Drop by LEVEL TSP onto baking sheets. Spread thin with spatula. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until darker brown. Cool on wire racks. Melt chocolate and make cookie sandwiches. Refrigerate until chocolate sets. Store in air-tight container. These are very elegant and impressive.
