Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Here's my take on Lutheran Church Basement hotdishes. When I grew up, there were three basic types of hotdish. The recipes were basically the same, but people fancied them up with potato chips, tater tots and onion rings. Things change, time marches on, and so do hotdish recipes for church functions, so I have fancied up my favorite hotdish.
