1 lb ground beef, browned
1-15oz can corn, drained
1-15oz can red kidney beans, drained
2-14oz cans diced tomatoes with juice
1-15oz can ranch style beans, rinsed & drained
tomato juice to taste
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 pkg ranch dressing mix
tortilla chips

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large soup pot; add as much of the tomato juice as desired depending on the thickness of soup desired. Add seasoning packets and bring to a boil. Continue to simmer until heated through. Garnish with tortilla chips.

I will make this in my crock pot and I find I don't need as much of the tomato juice as when I make it on the stove top, but it is strictly a personal thing.
