2 tsp. margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1-10oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. skim milk
1-1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 c. cubed, cooked potato
1 c. sliced, cooked carrot
1/8 tsp. thyme

Topping:
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. margarine
6 tbsp. skim milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat margarine in frying pan. Add onion. Saute until soft but not brown. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Keep hot.

Topping: Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Add milk; stir to form a soft ball. If too dry, add a bit more milk. Turn chicken mixture into 2-quart (2.5L) casserole. Roll dough on lightly floured surface, slightly larger than casserole. Place over top, pressing against edge all around. Prick through top in several places with a fork. Bake in 425ºF (220ºC) oven for about 20 minutes, or until hot and top is raised and browned. Serves 4
