5 oz Chocolate (melt Baker’s Chocolate over hot water.)
1 1/2 lbs brown sugar
3 oz butter
3 cups cream
6 good T. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, cream, sugar and syrup in pan and stir at medium heat allowing to simmer 10 minutes.
Add melted chocolate and cook to 244 degrees.
Butter pans and pour into. Allow to cool before cutting and wrapping.
