1 egg
3/4 c. Milk
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c. Quick-Cooking Oats
1/2 c. chopped onion (I substitute dried onion)
1 tsp salt
1 lb lean ground beef/ground turkey
2/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Directions:

In a bowl beat egg and milk
Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt (I also added pepper...can't not have that!)
Add beef and mix well
Shape into eight loaves; place in greased 13 in x 9 in x 2 in baking dish (I put on a foil lined cookie sheet with sides easier clean-up!)
Combine ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Spoon over loaves.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
