1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
2 Cups Hot Water
1/2 Cup each cut up -- Carrots, Celery, Broccoli, Zucchini
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Pepper
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
Sprinkle Basil and Oregano
1 Small Can of Chopped Tomatoes
1/4 Quick Cook Barley

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the beef in a heavy kettle or saucepan. Add onions, cook until soft. Add water, carrots, celery, broccoli and Zucchini and seasonings. Stir. Bring to boil, cover and simmer 20-25 minutes. Add tomatoes and barley and cover and simmer 10-15 minutes longer.

When serving, top with Parmesan cheese and serve with warm Italian hard crust bread loaf.
