2 lb head Napa cabbage
1/2 lb crumbled gorgonzola
1/3 C cider vinegar
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery seeds
2 chopped garlic gloves
2 TBP sugar
1/4 C finely chopped onion
1/2 vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the napa cabbage and layer in a bowl with the gorgonzola - chill in fridge - best done a few hours before serving. (Not required but helps the flavor.)

Combine the remaining ingredients to make the dressing and toss with the napa/gorgonzola mixture.

This is a recipe from Gourmet magazine in the 1980's, it has become my go-to salad and is always a big hit. I brought this to one of our summer meetings on the Cape.
