2 tbsp. butter 1 med. onion chopped
1 med. pepper chopped 1 lb. kielbasa sliced
16-oz. can stewed tomatoes 6-oz. can tomato paste
10-oz. can condensed chicken broth 1 bay leaf
1 lb. frozen cooked jumbo shrimp 2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. thyme leaves 1 tsp. minced garlic
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/8 tsp. black pepper
( all seasoning can be adjusted to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet or pot melt butter. Saute onions 2 minutes.
Add green pepper and garlic; saute 1-2 minutes longer.
Add all other ingredients except shrimp. Stir. Cover.
Simmer 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add frozen shrimp.
Cook only long enough to heat shrimp through.
Serve over rice or paste.

Can be made in the crock pot still adding shrimp right
before serving.
Can use raw shrimp, just cook a little longer
Be sure the shrimp is peeled before adding to pot.
Mushrooms are a nice addition to this recipe.
