1 1/2 lb. Boneless Round Steak thinly sliced
1 T Vegetable oil
2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup (no water)
1 c. Water
2 envelopes Onion Soup mix
1 c. Sour Cream
Cooked wide egg noddle

Directions:
Directions:
In Large skillet, stir-fry beef in oil until no longer pink
Stir in soup, water, and onion soup mix
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes
Stir in sour cream, heat through, DO NOT BOIL
Serve over cooked noodles, or mashed potatoes
