8 Slices White Bread
Margarine
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/2 c Chopped Onion
1 T. Prepared Mustard
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 c Shredded Cheese
1 egg Beaten
3/4 c Milk
1/2 tsp. Salt

Pre-Heat Oven to 350º
Toast bread, spred both sides with margarine and cut each slice in 3 lengthwise pieces. In skillet cook ground beef with onion until meat is browned. Stir in mustard and 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper. Place half of the toast slices in the bottom of a greased 9-inch square pan. Top with half of the ground beef mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Place remainder of bread slices and top with remainder of ground beef mixture. Combine egg, milk, and 1/2 tsp salt. Pour over layers in pan.
Bake at 350 oven for 30-35 minutes.
