1 egg
crushed crackers
yellow mustard
white bread
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice can of Spam into 5-6 pieces. Dip in a beaten egg, then dredge in cracker crumbs. Shake off excess, cook in hot oil until brown and crispy.
Spread mustard on 2 slices of white bread, and place the fried Spam in the middle.
