2c all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1c brown sugar
1c sugar
1c real butter (soft)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2c chopped pecans
1 1/2c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda, and salt together in a bowl and set aside. Mix together brown sugar, sugar, and butter, add egg and vanilla to sugar mixture, and beat well. Gradually add flour ingrediants and mix well. When all mixed add pecans and chocolate chips. Drop by spoon onto baking sheet and bake at 375º for about 10 minutes.

Mom always had these when Milli came over and she knew where they were and would go straight over to them and grab 5 cookies and ask for a bag for them, which delighted my mother to no end. I don't know who enjoyed the cookies more Mom or Milli.
