1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 box Cake Mix - Any Flavor

In a ziploc bag, combine the two cake mixes together and mix well. --- For each individual cake serving, take out 3 Tablespoons of the cake mix and mix it with 2 Tablespoons of water. --- Put it in a small microwave-safe container. --- Microwave on high for 1 minute, and you have your own instant individual little cake!

Janet (Schulte) Bailey sent me this one. It is a great idea for making special treats for those grandchildren when they come to visit. They can mix it themselves and 1 minute in the microwave and WALLA ... little cakes and happy grandkids. Mix it up by trying different kinds of cake with the Angel Food. NOTE: You always have to have the Angel Food.
