Two 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage (hot)
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes (hot)

Directions:
Brown sausage and drain grease. Melt cream cheese in microwave. Add sausage and Rotel tomatoes. Mix all together well.

This is great dip that we've served at many get togethers with friends! We like things spicy in Texas, so I always use hot Rotel and hot sausage. However, for a little less spice, you can use regular Rotel and sausage.
