1 lb. ground beef
2 cans Rotel tomatoes with green peppers
2 cans tomato sauce plus 1 can of water
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 bottle Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/2 cup Banana Peppers, drained
1 pkg. Chili seasoning
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a large pot. Add all spices (amounts can be adjusted to your taste). Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well. Let sit for 20-30 minutes. Add brown sugar and honey. Mix well. Add Rotel tomatoes, banana peppers and Louisiana Hot Sauce. Cook on low to medium heat 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Adjust seasonings as you like. Serve hot.
